About us

Who are we and what do we do?​

The ELETOR brand was established at the beginning of 2005. We are a Polish designer and manufacturer of electronic devices. We have our own design office, assembly line and established production standards. Our company specialises in the design and manufacture of monitoring and measurement devices for the agricultural sector. In addition to manufacturing, we also provide services, repairs and trading activities.

Design activities and services​

As part of its core activities, ELETOR provides electronic circuit design services according to the customer's requirements. We have our own design office, assembly line, production workshop and access to qualified engineering personnel, both within our own workforce and through external design teams.

Electronic circuit assembly services​

The company's assets include a laboratory for prototype and small-batch production. We also have access to electronic parts and components from suppliers worldwide. Using these resources, we provide SMT and THT assembly services, using either customer-supplied materials or a complete electronic production package with materials supplied by us.

Manufacturing activities​

Many years of experience in manufacturing electronic devices for the agricultural industry have led our company to specialise in the manufacture of monitoring and measurement devices for livestock farming.

Our standard product range includes high-quality climate controllers for continuously variable ventilation in livestock buildings. In addition, we manufacture a range of peripheral devices, including temperature sensors (digital and analogue), alarm control panels (with visual, audible or GSM telephone notifications), automatic feed delivery controllers, power supplies for emergency opening of air inlet flaps and power expansion units for ventilation controllers.

Products in our standard range are manufactured under the ELETOR brand. They carry all the necessary markings and documentation that enable our products to be sold through retail networks worldwide and handled freely within logistics operations.

In addition to manufacturing under its own brand, ELETOR offers manufacturing services for its products under other brands as part of OEM production. This production model enables wholesale customers to develop their own brand identity by offering our products to their customers under their own brand.

Trading activities​

As part of its trading activities, ELETOR has added a range of complementary products from the broader field of industrial automation to its portfolio. Our trading range includes both products manufactured to our company's order and products supplied by other trusted brands. Products manufactured to our order primarily include metal accessories (pulley blocks, angle brackets, manual winches) and audible signalling devices.

The main supplier of branded trading products in the ELETOR portfolio is the Swiss company Belimo. We offer the complete, current range of Belimo products. The Belimo range comprises three main product categories:

  • actuators: linear, rotary, multi-turn and valve actuators,
  • valves: zone valves, ball valves, valves with a controller or orifice, drinking water valves and butterfly valves,
  • sensors: temperature, duct, outdoor, room and pipe sensors; measured quantities: temperature, pressure, humidity, CO2, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), flow rate. We provide a two-year manufacturer's warranty on all devices manufactured at our facility. ELETOR performs all warranty repairs at its own facility. We have no authorised service centres.

We care about the natural environment and do not want our devices to litter the planet. Therefore, as early as the design stage, we consider how to extend the service life of our products as much as possible. We select components and materials of the highest quality and efficiency so that our devices operate for much longer than the warranty period. Furthermore, all mechanical and electronic components can be replaced as part of servicing, regardless of the age of the device. Exceptions apply where a product is no longer manufactured and we cannot replace the component using our current stock.

Our stringent production methods result in a very low warranty repair rate, which has remained within the range of 0,1-0,2% for over a decade. We are continually working to reduce this rate to 0%. However, the most common causes of faults in our devices during the warranty period prove to be beyond our control. They mainly arise from damage to electronic components or from improper transport.
