Belimo R2025-S2 – on/off ball valve

2-way ball valve with female thread, designed for shut-off on the water side and on/off control in ventilation and heating systems. Suitable for open and closed water systems.

  • DN 25; connection: Rp 1" female thread; PN 40.
  • Kvs 26 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
  • Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 1000 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa. For quiet operation: 200 kPa.
  • Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
  • Leak-tight: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
  • Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and spindle; spindle seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, EPDM O-ring.
  • Rotation angle: 90°. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by an on/off signal.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis. Do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, heating the spindle or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are specified in its data sheet.
