Who are we and what do we do?
The ELETOR brand was established in early 2005. We are a Polish designer and manufacturer of electronic devices. We have our own design office, assembly line and established production standards. Our company specialises in designing and manufacturing control and measurement devices for the agricultural sector. In addition to manufacturing, we also provide services, servicing and trading activities.
Design and services
As part of its core business, ELETOR provides electronic circuit design services in accordance with the client's requirements. We have our own design office, assembly line and production workshop, as well as access to qualified engineering staff, both from our own workforce and from external design teams.
Electronic circuit assembly services
Our facilities include a laboratory for prototype and low-volume production. We also have access to electronic components and parts from suppliers around the world. Using these resources, we provide SMT and THT assembly services, both using materials supplied by the customer and as a complete electronic manufacturing service using materials supplied by us.
Manufacturing
Many years of experience in manufacturing electronic devices for the agricultural industry have enabled us to specialise in producing control and measurement devices for livestock farming.
Our regular product range includes high-quality climate controllers for continuously regulating ventilation in livestock buildings. We also manufacture a range of peripheral devices, including temperature sensors (digital and analogue), alarm units (with visual, audible or GSM phone notifications), automatic feed controllers, power supplies for emergency opening of air inlet flaps, and power expansion units for ventilation controllers.
Products in our regular range are manufactured under the ELETOR brand. They carry all the required markings and documentation, enabling our products to be sold through retail networks worldwide and transported freely through logistics networks.
In addition to manufacturing under its own brand, ELETOR provides contract manufacturing under other brands as an OEM. This allows wholesale customers to build their own brand image by offering our products to their customers under their own brand.
Trading activities
As part of its trading activities, ELETOR has added a range of complementary products from the broader field of industrial automation to its offering. Our product range includes both products manufactured to our order and products supplied by other trusted brands. The products manufactured to our order include, above all, metal accessories (pulley blocks, brackets and hand winches) and audible signalling devices.
The main supplier of branded products offered by ELETOR is the Swiss company Belimo. We offer the full, current range of Belimo products. Belimo's range includes three main product categories:
- actuators: linear, rotary, multi-turn and valve actuators,
- valves: zone, ball, with a regulator or orifice, for drinking water, and butterfly valves,
- sensors: temperature, duct, outdoor, room and pipe sensors; measured variables: temperature, pressure, humidity, CO2, LZO (volatile organic compounds) and flow rate.
Warranty, servicing and product durability
All devices manufactured at our facility come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty. ELETOR carries out all warranty repairs at its own facility. We do not have authorised service centres.
We care about the natural environment and do not want our devices to become waste on our planet. That is why, from the design stage onwards, we consider how to extend the life of our products as much as possible. We select high-quality, efficient components and materials so that our devices last far beyond their warranty period. In addition, all mechanical and electronic components can be replaced as part of servicing, regardless of the age of the device. The only exception is when a product is no longer manufactured and we cannot replace the component using our current stock.
Our rigorous production methods have resulted in a very low warranty repair rate, which has remained at 0.1-0.2% for more than a dozen years. We are continually working to bring this rate down to 0%. However, as it turns out, the most common causes of faults in our devices during the warranty period are beyond our control. They are mainly caused by damage to electronic components or by improper transport.
