Belimo R3015-1-1P3-B2 - 6-way control valve

Belimo R3015-1-1P3-B2 – 6-way control valve

Valve with a control orifice for switching or regulating the water side of heating and cooling elements in closed-loop water-based systems. Two sequences are operated by a single rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female threaded connection.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 1 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 1.3 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); dead zone: 30...60°; sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• The integrated pressure compensation function operates in the closed position (45°), while keeping the two sequences separate.
• Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
