Belimo R3020-1-1P6-B2 – valve specifications

The 6-way control valve with orifice supports two sequences: cooling and heating. It is designed for switching or control on the water side of heating and cooling elements in closed water systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator.

Key features

• DN 20, PN 16; Rp 3/4" female threaded connection.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 1 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 1.6 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Angle of rotation 90°; sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling), dead zone: 30...60°, sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• Integrated pressure compensation function in the closed position (45°), while keeping both sequences separated.
• Nickel-plated brass body; closing element made of chrome-plated brass.

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle. Do not install the valve with the spindle pointing downwards.
