Belimo R3020-4-2P5-B2

6-way control valve with regulating orifice for closed-loop water systems. Two sequences allow water-side control of heating and cooling elements using a single rotary actuator with a 90° angle of rotation.

Key features and specifications

• DN 20, PN 16; connection: Rp 3/4" female thread.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 4 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 2.5 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation ranges: sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); dead zone: 30...60°; sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• The integrated pressure compensation function operates in the closed position (45°), while keeping sequences 1 and 2 separated.
• Nickel-plated brass body; closure element made of chrome-plated brass.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle. Installation with the spindle pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the direction of flow.
