Belimo R3020-4-P63-B2 – 6-way control valve

A valve with a control orifice designed for switching or modulating water-side flow through heating and cooling elements in closed-loop water systems. The two sequences are operated by a rotary actuator with a 90° angle of rotation.

DN 20, PN 16; connection: Rp 3/4" female thread.
Kvs (sequence 1): 4 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.63 m³/h.
Medium: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
Linear flow characteristic; tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
Nickel-plated brass body; pipe connection with female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1.
Integrated pressure change compensation function in the closed position (45°), while keeping the two sequences separate.
Sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); dead zone: 30...60°; sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).

Permissible installation position: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the spindle. Installation with the spindle pointing downwards is not permitted.
