Belimo R410 – control valve with control orifice

2-way ball valve for modulating flow control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems, in open and closed water circuits. The integrated control orifice provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic.

Key features

  • DN 15, PN 40; G 1" male threaded connection in accordance with ISO 228-1.
  • Kvs 1 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa; ∆pmax 200 kPa; closing pressure 1400 kPa.
  • Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...100°C [14...212°F].
  • Equal-percentage flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage class A.
  • Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and stem; ETFE control orifice.
  • Installation with the stem between vertical and horizontal; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator used; limits are given in the relevant actuator data sheets.
