Belimo R6015R2P5-B1 – 2-way control valve

Flanged valve with regulating disc for open and closed water systems. Designed for continuous water-side control in ventilation and heating systems.

  • Type: 2-way, DN 15, PN 6; pipe connection: flange according to EN 1092-1/4.
  • Kvs: 2.5 m³/h; equal-percentage characteristic, optimised in the opening range.
  • Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
  • Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass; regulating disc: ETFE.
  • Angle of rotation: 90°; operating range: 15...90°.

Installation notes

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, heating the shaft or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are specified in the relevant actuator data sheets.
