Belimo R6125W250-S8 control valve

2-way ball valve with a regulating insert, designed for closed-loop water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The integrated insert provides an equal-percentage characteristic.

Key technical data

  • DN 125, PN 16, Kvs 250 m³/h; flanged connection in accordance with EN 1092-2.
  • Media: water, water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 400 kPa; closing pressure: 690 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
  • Flow characteristic: equal-percentage (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised in the opening range.
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
  • Body: EN-GJL-250 (GG 25); closure element: AISI 316 stainless steel; stem: AISI 304 stainless steel; stem seal: EPDM; seat: PTFE.
  • Rotation angle: 90°; operating range: 15...90°.

Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction marked by the arrow on the body.
