Belimo R7032R16-B3 – 3-way control valve

Control valve with regulating orifice for closed water systems, designed for modulating control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. Suitable for water and water with up to 50% vol. glycol.

Main features and specifications

• Pattern: 3-way; DN 32; PN 6; pipe connection: flange.
• Kvs: 16 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of Kvs value.
• Fluid temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 600 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal percentage, B – AB linear.
• Leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of Kvs value.
• Valve body: nickel-plated brass; flange for DN 32: aluminium.
• Angle of rotation: 90°.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, heating the shaft or using a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator used.
