Belimo TR24 rotary actuator

Model TR24 is designed for ball valves. It can be mounted directly on the valve using one screw; the mounting orientation relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments.

• Nominal voltage: AC/DC 24 V; frequency: 50/60 Hz.
• Nominal voltage range: AC 19.2...28.8 V / DC 21.6...28.8 V.
• Control: Close/Open, 3-point.
• Motor running time: 100 s / 90°.
• Power consumption during operation: 0.5 W; for wire sizing: 0.5 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 3x 0.75 mm².
• Mechanical position indication and manual adjustment by lever with temporary gear disengagement.
• Degree of protection IEC/EN: IP40; protection class IEC/EN: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

With pulsed 3-point control, the controller must stop the signal at the end position to avoid damaging the actuator.
