Belimo EXT-H6100XP6500 – DN 100 globe valve

Two-way pressure-independent globe valve designed for closed water circuits (pH >7) and district heating networks. According to the documentation, the valve type is EXT-H6100XP-6500.

Key features and specifications

DN 100; PN 25; flange connection according to EN 1092-2.
V'nom: 16.6 l/s (60 m³/h); theoretical Kvs: 125 m³/h; stroke: 21 mm.
Medium: water or water with glycol up to max. 30% by volume; medium temperature: 5...140°C [41...284°F].
Flow characteristic: equal percentage; leakage: max. 0.1% of the Kvs value.
Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1500 kPa. To ensure cavitation-free operation, the permissible ∆pmax must be calculated in accordance with the design guidelines.
Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3), with protective coating.
Permissible mounting position: vertical to ±45° relative to the stem.

The mechanical differential pressure regulator compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a constant differential pressure across the control valve. Correct flow control requires the minimum differential pressure to be maintained.
