Belimo R3015-1P3-1P8B2

6-way control valve with a flow characteristic, designed for switching or controlling water-side heating and cooling elements in closed water systems. Two sequences are operated by a single rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle.

Key features and specifications

DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female threaded connection.
Kvs (Sequence 1): 1.3 m³/h; Kvs (Sequence 2): 1.8 m³/h.
Medium: water or water with glycol up to max. 50% vol.; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
90° rotation angle: Sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone 30...60°, Sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).
The integrated pressure relief function operates in the closed position (45°), while maintaining separation between both sequences.
Nickel-plated brass body; closing element made of chrome-plated brass.
Closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal relative to the spindle; installation with the spindle pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction.
