Belimo 6-way control valve

The valve is designed for switching or modulating water flow on the water side of heating and cooling units in closed-loop water systems. Two sequences are operated by a single rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female thread connection in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• Kvs (Sequence 1): 0.63 m³/h; Kvs (Sequence 2): 1.8 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with glycol up to max. 50% vol.; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Linear flow characteristic; tightness specified as air-bubble tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• 90° rotation angle: Sequence 1 from 0...30° (recommended for cooling), dead zone 30...60°, Sequence 2 from 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• The integrated pressure compensation function is active in the closed position (45°); separation of the two sequences is maintained.
• Nickel-plated brass body; shut-off element made of chrome-plated brass.
• Closing pressure ∆ps: 350 kPa; maximum differential pressure ∆pmax: 100 kPa.

Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Do not install with the stem pointing downwards. Observe the indicated direction of flow.
