Belimo 22PDP-185 – liquid differential pressure sensor

Active sensor designed to measure the differential pressure of water and water-glycol mixtures in stationary HVAC systems. The device measures gauge pressure on the high- and low-pressure sides and then calculates the differential pressure.

Key features and specifications

• Measuring range: 0...5 bar (0...73 psi); selectable ranges for 22PDP-185: 0...5 bar, 0...2.5 bar, 0...1 bar and 0...0.5 bar. Factory setting: Range1.
• Nominal voltage: AC/DC 24 V.
• Active output signal: 0...5 V, 0...10 V or 4...20 mA; the voltage or current signal is selected using a switch while the power supply is disconnected.
• Voltage output: 1 x 0...5 V, 0...10 V, min. resistance 10 kΩ; current output: 1x 4...20 mA, max. resistance 500 Ω.
• LCD display measuring 16x38 mm.
• Protection rating: IP65 / NEMA 4X.
• Pressure connection: G 1/4"; electrical connection: pluggable spring-clamp terminal strip, max. 2.5 mm².
• Typical response time: <0.5 s.

Both the differential pressure (dp) and the operating pressure relative to ambient (prel) must be within the measuring range.
