Belimo BAT72 thermo-electric release device

BAT72 is designed for fire dampers in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. When one of the thermal fuses activates, the supply voltage is permanently and irreversibly interrupted. The test button lets you check system operation by triggering an interruption of the supply voltage.

• Activation temperature inside the duct: 72°C (black); activation temperature outside the duct: 72°C.
• Probe length: 65 mm.
• Power connection: 1 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm², Betaflam cable resistant to temperatures up to 145°C.
• IEC/EN degree of protection: IP54; IEC/EN protection class: III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).
• Ambient temperature: -30...55°C [-22...131°F].
• Device tested in accordance with ISO 10294-4; installation using pre-mounted self-drilling and self-tapping screws.

The thermal fuse for the temperature outside the duct is not replaceable; if it activates, the actuator must be replaced. The thermal fuse for the temperature inside the duct is replaceable. Power must be supplied from an isolating transformer.
