Belimo C220QFL-G is a 2-way ball valve with a PI flow limiter (PIFLV) for closed water systems. It has an Rp 3/4" female threaded connection, DN 20, PN 25 and a nominal flow rate V'nom of 1900 l/h.

The integrated limiter maintains a constant flow rate at a differential pressure of 20...280 kPa when the valve is open at 90°.

2-way PI ball valve with flow limiter, designed for closed water systems. According to the documentation, it is used for on/off control on the water side of fan coil units and chilled ceilings.

Connection: Rp 3/4" female thread, DN 20; PN 25.
Nominal flow rate V'nom: 1900 l/h (0.52 l/s; 1.9 m³/h).
Medium: water; medium temperature: 2...60°C [36...140°F].
Differential pressure: 20...280 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps: 520 kPa.
At a differential pressure of 20...280 kPa, the integrated limiter maintains a constant flow rate when the valve is open at 90°. A pressure of 50 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
Body and stem: brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass; stem seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, EPDM O-ring.
Rotation angle: 90°.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal in relation to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. Installation on the return is recommended.
