Belimo C615QP-D+BAC - 6-way PI zone valve
6-way PI zone valve for closed water systems, designed to switch and regulate flow on the water side of heating and cooling elements. DN 15 version, PN 16, with Rp 1/2" female thread, V'nom 420 l/h and V'max setting range 100...420 l/h.
AC/DC 24 V supply; modulating, communicative or hybrid control. Supports BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU and MP-Bus.
Belimo C615QP-D+BAC – 6-way PI zone valve
The device combines a 6-way changeover ball valve with a 2-way pressure-independent zone valve (PIQCV). It enables switching between cooling and heating sequences and flow regulation in closed water systems.
Key features and specifications
- DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female threaded connection.
- V'nom 420 l/h; adjustable V'max 100...420 l/h for cooling and heating sequences.
- Pressure-independent flow control via the PIQCV valve; constant flow at a differential pressure of 16...350 kPa across the PIQCV.
- Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 350 kPa; linear flow characteristic.
- Medium: water or water with glycol up to max. 50% vol.; medium temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
- AC/DC 24 V supply; power consumption during operation 2.1 W, in rest position 1.9 W.
- Modulating, communicative or hybrid control; BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU and MP-Bus communication.
- Control signal range Y 2...10 V; feedback signal U 2...10 V.
- 1 m connection cable, 6x 0.75 mm²; IEC/EN IP40 protection rating; IEC/EN protection class III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).
- Body: nickel-plated brass (6-way CCV) / brass (PIQCV); shut-off tightness: air-bubble tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
Maximum flows for both sequences can be set individually using ZTH EU and Belimo Assistant 2. Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
