Belimo H425B – 2-way globe valve

Externally threaded valve for open and closed water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The valve is compatible with a globe valve actuator.

Key features

• Nominal size: DN 25; G 1 1/2" external thread; PN 16; ps 1600 kPa.
• Kvs: 10 m³/h; stroke: 15 mm.
• Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage; permissible leakage: max. 0,05% of the Kvs value.
• Valve body: CC499K; closing element and stem: stainless steel; stem seal: EPDM O-ring.
• Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, the technical data sheet specifies that stem heating is required. Observe the flow direction marked by the arrow on the body. Maximum differential pressure and closing pressure depend on the actuator used.
