Belimo EXT-H665XP-2500 – valve data

Pressure-independent 2-way globe valve for closed water circuits (pH >7) and district heating. The mechanical differential pressure regulator compensates for pressure fluctuations and maintains a constant differential pressure across the control valve. A minimum differential pressure must be maintained for correct flow control.

• DN 65, PN 25; flange connection in accordance with EN 1092-2.
• V'nom: 7.7 l/s (28 m³/h); theoretical Kvs value: 50 m³/h.
• Medium: water or water with max. 30% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 5...140°C [41...284°F].
• Maximum differential pressure across the control valve: 1500 kPa. To prevent cavitation, the maximum differential pressure ∆pmax must be calculated in accordance with the design notes.
• Flow characteristic: equal percentage; permissible leakage: max. 0.05% of the Kvs value.
• Stroke: 15 mm; Sv min.: 22.
• Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3).
• Permitted installation position: vertically up to ±45° relative to the stem. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
