Belimo H6015XP63-S2 – globe valve

2-way globe valve with flanged connection for closed water and steam systems in non-critical applications. It is used for modulating control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems.

Key features

• Nominal diameter DN 15, PN 25; flanged connection according to ISO 7005-2.
• Kvs 0.63 m³/h; stroke 15 mm.
• Fluid: water and steam (Δp/P1 <0,4), and water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol.
• Fluid temperature: 5...150°C [41...302°F]. At 120°C, permissible pressure up to 2500 kPa; at 150°C, up to 2430 kPa.
• Equal-percentage flow characteristic (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised in the opening range.
• Permissible leakage: max. 0,05% of the Kvs value.
• Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3) with protective coating; closing element, stem and seat made of stainless steel.
• Stem seal: V-type PTFE ring.

Installation notes

Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. Maximum differential pressure and closing pressure depend on the actuator installed.
