Belimo H6050X40-S2 globe valve

2-way globe valve with flanged connection for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The documentation specifies use in closed water and steam systems in non-critical applications.

Key features

  • DN 50, PN 25, Kvs 40 m³/h; stroke 15 mm.
  • Medium: water and steam (Δp/P1 <0,4), water with up to 50% vol. glycol.
  • Medium temperature: 5...150°C [41...302°F]; 120°C up to 2500 kPa, 150°C up to 2430 kPa.
  • Flow characteristic: equal-percentage (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised in the opening range.
  • Permissible leakage: max. 0,05% of the Kvs value.
  • Pipe connection: flange according to ISO 7005-2.
  • Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3) with protective coating; closing element, stem and seat made of stainless steel; stem seal: PTFE V-ring.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. The maximum differential pressure and closing pressure depend on the actuator installed.
