Belimo H6100SP – 2-way globe valve

A flanged valve with a partially pressure-balanced plug for control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems, and for closed water and steam systems in non-critical applications.

Key technical data

• DN 100, PN 16; flanged connection compliant with ISO 7005-2.
• Kvs: 145 m³/h; stroke: 30 mm.
• Medium: water and steam (Δp/P1 <0,4), water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol.
• Medium temperature: 5...150°C [41...302°F]; 120°C up to 1600 kPa, 150°C up to 1400 kPa.
• Equal-percentage characteristic (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised in the opening range.
• Permissible leakage: max. 0,05% of the Kvs value.
• Body: EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) with protective coating; closing element, stem and seat in stainless steel; stem seal: PTFE V-ring.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal in relation to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. Maximum differential pressure and closing pressure depend on the actuator installed.
