Belimo H624S is a 2-way globe valve with flanged connection, DN 25, PN 16 and Kvs 6.3 m³/h. It is intended for closed water and steam systems in non-critical applications and for modulating control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems.

Belimo H624S – 2-way globe valve

A flanged valve for flow control in water and steam systems within the application range specified by the manufacturer.

Key features

  • DN 25, PN 16; flanged connection according to ISO 7005-2.
  • Kvs 6.3 m³/h; stroke 15 mm.
  • Medium: water and steam (Δp/P1 <0,4), and water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
  • Medium temperature: 5...150°C [41...302°F]; 120°C at up to 1600 kPa, 150°C at up to 1400 kPa.
  • Equal-percentage characteristic (VDI/VDE 2173), optimised in the opening range.
  • Permissible leakage: max. 0,05% of the Kvs value.
  • Body: EN-GJL-250 (GG 25); closing element, stem and seat made of stainless steel; stem seal: PTFE V-ring.
  • Permitted installation from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.

Maximum differential pressure and closing pressure depend on the installed globe valve actuator.
