Belimo H664SP – DN 65 globe valve

2-way globe valve with partially pressure-balanced plug, designed for closed water and steam systems in non-critical applications. It can be used for modulating control of air-handling and heating systems on the water side.

Key technical data

• DN 65, PN 16; flanged connection.
• Kvs 58 m³/h; stroke 18 mm.
• Medium: water and steam (Δp/P1 <0,4), water with max. 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: 5...150°C [41...302°F]; 120°C up to 1600 kPa, 150°C up to 1400 kPa.
• Equal-percentage characteristic; permissible leakage: max. 0,05% of Kvs value.
• Valve body: EN-GJL-250 (GG 25); closing element, stem and seat made of stainless steel; stem seal: PTFE V-ring.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. The maximum differential pressure and closing pressure depend on the globe valve actuator installed.
