Belimo H7032X16-S2 – 3-way globe valve

Flanged valve for closed water systems. Intended for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The plug position is adjusted by a globe valve actuator controlled by a modulating or 3-point signal.

Key features

• Design: 3-way; DN 32; PN 25; Kvs 16 m³/h.
• Pipe connection: flange according to ISO 7005-2.
• Stroke: 20 mm; Sv min.: 50.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: 5...200°C [41...392°F]. Temperature and pressure relationship: 120°C up to 2500 kPa; 200°C up to 2300 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB: linear; B – AB: linear.
• Permissible leakage: A – AB: max. 0.05% of Kvs value; B – AB: max. 1% of Kvs value.
• Body: EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3) with protective coating; closing element, stem and seat: stainless steel; stem seal: PTFE V-ring.

Installation instructions

Permissible installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body. Maximum differential pressure and closing pressure depend on the actuator installed.
