Belimo R449 is a 2-way ball valve with a regulating insert, DN 50, PN 25, with G 2 3/4" male thread and Kvs 40 m³/h. It is designed to control the flow of water and water containing max. 50% by volume glycol.

Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F]. The valve has an equal-percentage characteristic and leakage class A.

Belimo R449 – 2-way control valve

A ball valve with a regulating insert, designed for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The integrated insert provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic.

Installation instructions

Permitted installation from vertical to horizontal with respect to the stem; do not install with the stem pointing downwards. For medium temperatures of -10...2°C, a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator used.
