Belimo NRFA – rotary actuator with fail-safe function

Actuator for ball valves. During operation, the drive moves the valve and tensions the spring; when the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the valve to the fail-safe position. For valves with an L-port, the direction of travel in the fail-safe function is specified as A – AB = 100%.

• Control: Close/Open; on power loss: NC, valve closed (A – AB = 0%).
• Rated voltage: AC 24...240 V / DC 24...125 V; frequency: 50/60 Hz.
• Motor running time: 75 s / 90°; fail-safe running time: <20 s @ -20...50°C, <60 s @ -30°C.
• Power consumption during operation: 6 W; at rest: 2.5 W; wire sizing power: 9.5 VA.
• Power and control connection: 1 m cable, 2x 0.75 mm².
• Manual operation by crank with locking switch; mechanical position indicator and adjustable rotation angle with mechanical stops.
• Direct mounting on the ball valve using one screw; mounting orientation selectable in 90° increments.
