Belimo TRF230 – actuator for ball valves

Rotary actuator with a return spring. During operation, it moves the valve to the operating position and tensions the spring; when the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the valve to the safety position. For the specified direction of action, this is the NC position: valve closed (A–AB = 0%). For valves with an L-port, the data sheet specifies A–AB = 100%.

The actuator is mounted directly on the ball valve using one screw. The mounting position relative to the valve can be selected in 90° increments. The device has overload protection and stops automatically when it reaches the end stop.
