Belimo R3015-1-S1 – 3-way regulating valve

A valve with a regulating orifice for closed water systems, designed for continuous water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator.

Main features and specifications

• Pattern: 3-way; DN 15; PN 40.
• Pipe connection: Rp 1/2" female thread.
• Kvs: 1 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Fluid: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol.
• Fluid temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal percentage, B – AB linear.
• Leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and shaft.
• Rotation angle: 90°.

At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible fluid temperature may depend on the actuator used. A differential pressure of 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.

Permissible installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the shaft; installation with the shaft pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
