Belimo R3015-1-1-B2 is a 6-way control valve with a control orifice, DN 15, PN 16 and Rp 1/2" female thread. The Kvs value for sequence 1 and sequence 2 is 1 m³/h.

The valve is designed for closed-loop water systems with changeover or water-side control of heating and cooling units. It has an integrated pressure compensation function in the closed position.

Belimo R3015-1-1-B2 6-way control valve

A valve with a control orifice for closed-loop water systems. Two sequences enable changeover or water-side control of heating and cooling units using a rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle.

Main features and specifications

Design: 6-way, DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female thread.
Kvs (sequence 1): 1 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 1 m³/h.
Fluid: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol; fluid temperature 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
Flow characteristic: linear; bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
Rotation angle: 90°; sequence 1: 0...30° (cooling recommended), dead zone: 30...60°, sequence 2: 60...90° (heating recommended).
The integrated pressure compensation function operates when the valve is closed (45°), while maintaining separation between sequences 1 and 2.
Valve body: nickel-plated brass; closing element: chrome-plated brass.

Permitted mounting orientation: from vertical to horizontal in relation to the spindle; installation with the spindle pointing downwards is not permitted. The valve is maintenance-free.
