Belimo R3015-1P6-S1 – 3-way control valve

Characterised control valve for closed-loop water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. Control is provided by a rotary actuator.

Key specifications

  • Pattern: 3-way; DN 15, PN 40.
  • Connection: Rp 1/2" female thread, in accordance with ISO 7-1.
  • Kvs: 1.6 m³/h.
  • Fluid: water, water with up to 50% vol. glycol.
  • Fluid temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; 200 kPa is specified to ensure quiet operation.
  • Closing pressure: 1400 kPa.
  • Flow characteristic: A – AB: equal-percentage; B – AB: linear.
  • Leakage rate: A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB: leakage class I, 1...2% of Kvs.
  • Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element and stem made of stainless steel.

At fluid temperatures of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are stated in the relevant actuator data sheets.
