Belimo R3015-4-S1 – 3-way control valve

Characterised ball valve for closed water systems. Designed for continuous water-side control in ventilation and heating systems.

Key features and specifications

• Configuration: 3-way; DN 15, PN 40, ps 1600 kPa.
• Connection: Rp 1/2" female thread; Kvs 4 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal percentage, B – AB linear; flow through bypass B – AB is 70% of the Kvs value.
• Leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and stem.
• Angle of rotation: 90°. Installation with the stem from vertical to horizontal; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are given in the relevant actuator data sheets.
