Belimo R3015-P25-S1 – 3-way control valve

This valve with a control orifice is designed for closed water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. The medium can be water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.

Key features and specifications

• Pattern: 3-way; DN 15; PN 40.
• Pipe connection: Rp 1/2" female thread.
• Kvs: 0.25 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified to ensure quiet operation.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal-percentage, B – AB linear.
• Leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and stem.
• Rotational angle: 90°.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature range may depend on the actuator type.

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis. Installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
