Belimo R2015-6P3-S1 – 2-way control valve

Ball valve with a control insert for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. It can operate in open and closed water circuits.

Key features and specifications

• Design: 2-way; DN 15, PN 40.
• Connection: Rp 1/2" female thread, in accordance with ISO 7-1.
• Kvs: 6.3 m³/h; equal-percentage characteristic, optimised over the opening range.
• Medium: water or water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and shaft; ETFE control insert.
• Rotation angle: 90°; operating range: 15...90°.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator type. Install the valve from vertical to horizontal, with the shaft not pointing downwards, and observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
