6-way control valve with orifice for switching or controlling the water side of heating and cooling units in closed water systems. The two sequences are operated by a rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle.

Key features and specifications

• DN 15, PN 16; Rp 1/2" female thread.
• Kvs (sequence 1): 0.4 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 0.25 m³/h.
• Fluid: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol; fluid temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
• Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight shut-off, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Dead zone: 30...60°. Sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
• The integrated pressure compensation function operates in the closed position (45°), while keeping the two sequences separate.
• Nickel-plated brass body; closing element made of chrome-plated brass.

Permitted mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
