Belimo R3015-P4-S1 is a 3-way ball valve with a regulating orifice for closed water systems. It has an Rp 1/2" female threaded connection, DN 15, PN 40 and Kvs 0.4 m³/h.

Designed to regulate flow on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. The permitted medium is water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol, at a temperature of -10...120°C [14...248°F].

Belimo R3015-P4-S1 – valve with regulating orifice

3-way ball valve for closed water systems, designed for water-side regulation in ventilation and heating systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by a modulating or 3-point signal.

Key features

  • Connection: Rp 1/2" female thread, DN 15; PN 40.
  • Kvs: 0.4 m³/h; ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 1400 kPa.
  • Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature -10...120°C [14...248°F].
  • Flow characteristic A – AB: equal-percentage; B – AB: linear.
  • Leakage A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB: leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
  • Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and stem.
  • Permitted installation from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; limitations are specified in its data sheet. A differential pressure of 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
