Belimo R3020-4-1-B2 – 6-way control valve

The valve with a regulating disc enables two sequences, cooling and heating, to be operated using a rotary actuator with a 90° rotation angle. It is designed for closed water systems and for switching or regulating the water side of heating and cooling elements.

DN 20, PN 16; Rp 3/4" female-thread connection.
Kvs (sequence 1): 4 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 1 m³/h.
Medium: water or water with up to 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 350 kPa. For quiet operation: Δpv100 <50 kPa.
Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight sealing, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
Sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); dead zone: 30...60°; sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
The integrated pressure compensation function operates when the valve is closed (45°), while keeping sequences 1 and 2 separated.
Nickel-plated brass body; chrome-plated brass closing element.

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
