Belimo R3020-4-1P6-B2 – technical data

The 6-way valve with control orifice operates two sequences via a rotary actuator with a 90° angle of rotation. It is designed for closed water systems.

Nominal diameter DN 20; nominal pressure PN 16; Rp 3/4" female threaded connection.
Kvs (sequence 1): 4 m³/h; Kvs (sequence 2): 1.6 m³/h.
Medium: water, water with max. 50% by vol. glycol; medium temperature: 6...80°C [43...176°F].
Differential pressure: ∆pmax 100 kPa; closing pressure: 350 kPa; quiet operation at Δpv100 <50 kPa.
Linear flow characteristic; bubble-tight, leakage class A (EN 12266-1).
Sequence 1: 0...30° (recommended for cooling); dead zone: 30...60°; sequence 2: 60...90° (recommended for heating).
Integrated function compensates for pressure changes in the trapped medium, active when the valve is in the 45° position.
Nickel-plated brass body; chromium-plated brass closing element; stainless steel control disc.

Permitted installation from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
