Belimo R3020-6P3-S2 – 3-way control valve

Control valve with a regulating orifice for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems in closed water systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator.

Key features and specifications

• Connection and size: DN 20, PN 40, Rp 3/4" internal thread.
• Kvs: 6.3 m³/h; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Medium: water, water mixed with up to 50% by volume glycol.
• Medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB: equal-percentage characteristic; B – AB: linear.
• Tightness: A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A; B – AB: leakage rate class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Materials: nickel-plated brass body, stainless steel closing element and stem, ETFE regulating orifice.
• Installation: any position from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator used; limits are given in the relevant actuator data sheets.
