Belimo R3025-BL2 – changeover ball valve

3-way valve with an L-port, intended for open and closed water systems. The valve is actuated by a rotary actuator controlled by an on/off signal.

Key features and specifications

• DN 25; connection: Rp 1" female thread; PN 40.
• Kvs 10 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
• Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% vol. glycol.
• Medium temperature: -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Maximum differential pressure Δpmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 500 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle: 90°.
• Nickel-plated brass body; chromium-plated brass closure element; nickel-plated brass stem; stem seal: EPDM O-ring; seat: PTFE, EPDM O-ring.
• Installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted.

For medium temperatures of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; restrictions are specified in its data sheet.
