Belimo CQ24A-MPL-T – actuator for zone valves

The communicating rotary actuator receives a digital control signal via MP-Bus and positions the valve as required. It is designed for zone valves; it clips onto the valve without the need for tools.

Key features and specifications

• Motor torque: 1 Nm; running time: 75 s / 90°.
• Rated voltage: AC/DC 24 V; rated voltage frequency: 50/60 Hz.
• Communicating control: MP-Bus.
• Power consumption during operation: 0.6 W; in the rest position: 0.4 W; power for cable sizing: 1.1 VA.
• Power and control connection: 2.5 mm² terminals (cable ø6.3...6.8 mm, 3-core).
• Mechanical position indicator and rotation angle limiter; the angle can be adjusted using a clip in increments of 2.5° to set the valve's maximum flow.
• Manual adjustment after detaching the actuator from the valve.
• IEC/EN IP40 protection rating; IEC/EN protection class III, Safety Extra-Low Voltage (SELV).

The device does not support conventional control with a standard signal or signal configuration, e.g. running time.
