Belimo R3032-16-S3 – 3-way control valve

Valve with characterised control port for closed water systems. Designed for water-side control in ventilation and heating systems. Control is provided by a rotary actuator operated by a modulating or 3-point signal.

Key specifications

• Pattern: 3-way; DN 32; PN 25; ps 1600 kPa.
• Connection: Rp 1 1/4" female thread; Kvs 16 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with max. 50% vol. glycol; medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is indicated for quiet operation.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB equal percentage, B – AB linear; flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of Kvs value.
• Leakage: A – AB bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB leakage class I, 1...2% of Kvs value.
• Body: nickel-plated brass; closing element and stem: stainless steel; characterised control port for DN 32: ETFE.
• Angle of rotation: 90°; operating range A – AB: 15...90°, B – AB: 15...70°.

Installation notes

Permitted installation from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; do not install with the axis pointing downwards. Observe the flow direction marked by the arrow on the body. For medium temperatures of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator type.
