Belimo R3032-BL2 – diverting ball valve

3-way valve with an L-shaped port, designed for diverting and on/off control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. For open and closed water circuits. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by an on/off signal.

Key features

• DN 32; Rp 1 1/4" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1; PN 40.
• Kvs 9 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
• Fluid: water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol; fluid temperature -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure ∆ps 500 kPa. For quiet operation: 200 kPa.
• Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
• Rotation angle 90°. Nickel-plated brass body, chrome-plated brass closing element, EPDM O-ring stem seal.

Installation notes

Installation is permitted from vertical to horizontal relative to the axis; installation with the axis pointing downwards is not permitted. At a fluid temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted fluid temperature may depend on the actuator type – limitations are specified in the relevant actuator data sheets.
