Belimo C215Q-J – 2-way zone valve

Valve designed for shut-off and control on the water side of air-handling units and heating systems. Suitable for water and water containing up to 50% by volume glycol.

Key features and specifications

  • DN 15, PN 25; Rp 1/2" female thread.
  • Kvs 4.8 m³/h; Kvs can be adjusted by changing the actuator rotation angle using the travel limiter clip.
  • Medium temperature: 2...100°C [36...212°F]; with actuator: 2...90°C.
  • Differential pressure: ∆pmax 280 kPa; closing pressure: 520 kPa. 50 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
  • Equal-percentage characteristic, optimised over the opening range.
  • Tightness: bubble-tight, leakage rate class A (EN 12266-1).
  • Valve body made of brass; closing element made of chrome-plated brass.
  • Rotation angle 90°; operating range 15...90°.
  • Flow is possible in both directions; actuator features tool-free snap-on installation.

Permitted installation: from vertical to horizontal relative to the stem. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
