Belimo R3050-25-S4 – 3-way control valve

Valve with a characterised control port, designed for closed water systems and water-side control in ventilation and heating systems.

Key features

• Pattern: 3-way; DN 50; PN 25.
• Connection: Rp 2" female thread; Kvs 25 m³/h.
• Medium: water, water with up to 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature: -10...120°C [14...248°F].
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Flow characteristic: A – AB: equal percentage; B – AB: linear. Flow through bypass B – AB: 70% of the Kvs value.
• Permissible leakage: A – AB: bubble-tight, leakage class A; B – AB: leakage class I, 1...2% of the Kvs value.
• Nickel-plated brass body; stainless steel closing element and stem.

Operating notes

At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, stem heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permissible medium temperature may depend on the actuator type; limits are given in the relevant actuator data sheets.

Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis. Installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted. Observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.
