Belimo R3050-BL3 – changeover ball valve

3-way valve with an L-shaped bore, designed for changeover and open/close control on the water side of ventilation and heating systems. The valve is operated by a rotary actuator controlled by an open/close signal.

Key technical data

• DN 50; Rp 2" female thread in accordance with ISO 7-1; PN 25.
• Kvs 24 m³/h; ps 1600 kPa.
• Medium: water or water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol; medium temperature -10...100°C [14...212°F].
• Maximum differential pressure ∆pmax 350 kPa; closing pressure 500 kPa. 200 kPa is specified for quiet operation.
• Bubble-tight, leakage rate A (EN 12266-1).
• 90° rotation angle; nickel-plated brass body, chrome-plated brass closing element.

Installation notes

Permitted installation position: from vertical to horizontal relative to the valve axis; do not install with the axis pointing downwards. At a medium temperature of -10...2°C, shaft heating or a valve neck extension is recommended. The permitted medium temperature may depend on the actuator used – refer to actuator data sheets for limitations.
