When the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the valve to the NC safety position. The actuator has an F05 mounting flange and IP54 protection rating.

Belimo SRFA-5

Rotary actuator with fail-safe function for ball valves and butterfly valves. During operation, it moves the valve to the operating position and tensions the return spring. When the power supply is interrupted, the spring moves the valve to the safety position: NC, valve closed (A – AB = 0%). For valves with an L-port opening, the datasheet specifies A – AB = 100%.
