Belimo R409DK – 2-way control valve

Ball valve with a regulating insert for open and closed water systems. The integrated insert provides an equal-percentage flow characteristic. The valve is actuated by a rotary actuator.

Key features and specifications

• Pattern: 2-way; DN 10; PN 40.
• Connection: G 3/4" male thread.
• Kvs: 2.5 m³/h; ps: 2700 kPa.
• Differential pressure: ∆pmax 400 kPa; closing pressure: 1400 kPa.
• Medium: water, water with a maximum of 50% by volume glycol.
• Medium temperature: 2...130°C [36...266°F]. The permissible temperature may be limited depending on the actuator type.
• Flow characteristic: equal-percentage; leakage rate: bubble-tight, leakage class A.
• Body: low-lead copper alloy (CuSn4Zn6Pb3).

During installation, observe the direction of flow indicated by the arrow on the body. Permissible mounting position: from vertical to horizontal; installation with the stem pointing downwards is not permitted.
